2019 Patriot Shoot a Smashing Success!

The 2019 Patriot Shoot saw 135 shooters come out to support the event and our 2019 beneficiary – Save A Warrior.  Participants enjoyed great weather, a delicious BBQ lunch prepared by David Waun, and exciting action during the general & gun raffles, and some serious bidding for the bourbon baskets in the silent auction!

During the event opening participants got to hear a personal, emotional story from veteran Mike Cruthers, who discussed his military experience, his battle with PTS, and the life-changing experience of going through the Save A Warrior program.  His emotional words reminded us why the Patriot Shoot is an important fundraising event and why we do what we do.

The Board of Directors of Central Ohio American Charities (COAC) would like to thank everyone involved with the Patriot Shoot: from the participants who support the event, to the volunteers who run the event, and the staff at the Cardinal Sporting Clays Center.  We hope to see everyone again next year!  Help spread the word and invite someone new!
